Member of Second Team All-OCC her junior year and an OCC Scholar-Athlete her senior year... Member of National Honor Society both her junior and senior years and on the Honor Roll all four years.

Megan is the daughter of Jim and Kristi Flaherty... Played volleyball for Columbus Volleyball Academy for six years under Coach Dave Chapman... Four time qualifier for USA Jr. Nationals and member of the North Coast Power League All-Tournament Team.
