Wittenberg University volleyball Head Coach Paco Labrador announces the addition of six high school standouts that have declared their intent to play for the nationally ranked volleyball team this Fall. They will be members of Wittenberg’s Class of 2021 and will begin their career as Tigers in the Fall of 2017.
Wittenberg senior women's volleyball player, Emily Kahlig, was named a recipient of the NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship for the 2016-17 school year, one of the most prestigious awards a college student-athlete can achieve.
During her four year stint as a Tiger, the 2016 graduate, became the most decorated athlete in the history of Wittenberg Athletics. Just when it seemed Seidenstricker couldn’t set the bar any higher, she became the first female athlete from Wittenberg to go on to play professionally in their sport.
Maddie Fischer was named a First-Team All-American,while Aubrey Cox was named the National Freshman of the Year and Honorable Mention All-American.

#7 Wittenberg women’s volleyball is set to travel to Calvin College for the opening round of the NCAA Division III Women’s Volleyball Tournament on Tuesday night, as the Tigers square off against Bethany College on Thursday at 3:00PM.

#4 Wittenberg improved to 5-0 in NCAC play on Wednesday night, as the Tigers hit the road to take on the Battling Bishops of Ohio Wesleyan University.
