Nine Tigers Earn 2026 All-NCAC Outdoor Track & Field Awards

CLEVELAND, OH - Nine student-athletes representing Wittenberg Women’s Track and Field earned 2026 Indoor All-North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) honors as a result of their performances during the championship meet hosted by Wittenberg February 27-28. As a team, Wittenberg fourth in the final NCAC Indoor Championships standings.
Freshman Kerrington Harper (Mason, OH / Mason), earned the NCAC Outdoor Newcomer of the Year award after also claiming the honor at the Indoor Championships, in addition to NCAC Indoor Field Events Athlete of the Year. Harper scored points in three different individual events at the Outdoor Championships, including a pair of All-NCAC awards.
Wittenberg's All-NCAC performers in the 2026 NCAC Outdoor Championships:
- Harper finished third in the long jump with a mark of 17'11.75";
- Sophomore Cayla Eaton (North Lewisburg, OH / Triad) won the high jump with a mark of 5'02.50';
- Harper placed second in the triple jump with a mark of 36'09.50";
- Freshman Rebekah Case (Mansfield, OH / Lucas) won the pole vault with a mark of 11'10.00";
- Senior Tiffany Hix (Prospect, OH / Elgin) finished in a tie for second in the pole vault with a mark of 11'01.00";
- Junior Abbey Danne (Johnstown, OH / Big Walnut) placed second in the 800-meter dash in a time of 2:13.59;
- Eaton won the heptathlon with a score of 4263 points.
- Freshman Bethany Allen (Greenup, KY / Russell) finished second in the heptathlon with a score of 3807 points.
Rounding things out, the quartet of junior Hallie Haines (Hillsboro, OH / Fairfield), Danne, My'ana Yancey (Canal Winchester, OH / Groveport Madison), and senior Tymeerah De'Armond (Springfield, OH / Springfield) earned All-NCAC honors by virtue of a third-place finish in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 4:00.63.
