Tigers Drop Match to Albion, 6-3
Wittenberg traveled to Albion Michigan Saturday afternoon, and split their singles matches.

ALBION, Michigan—Wittenberg split its single contests Saturday afternoon at Albion University, as the Tigers dropped the match 6-3. The Tigers lost all three of their double matches inside the Ungrodt Tennis Center.
Playing out of the number two singles position, Carli Milano (Beavercreek, Ohio/Carroll) defeated Lauren Solano of Albion, 6-3 and 6-2, getting the Tigers on the board.
In the number four position, Sarah Frisch (Crescent Springs, Kentucky/Notre Dame) defeated Olivia Conover 0-6, 6-4, 1-0 to take home Wittenberg's second victory on the day.
Finally, out of the number six spot, Riley Alexander (Zionsville, Indiana/University) defeated Rachel Barry, 7-6 and 6-3 to round out the Tigers day.

- "Although we started the day very raw in doubles, our women shook off the early season dust from their games to compete at a level much more indicative of their play at the end of the fall season. With showings like Frisch's 180 in singles, Jackson's tenacity through a long first-set tiebreak, and Milano's unwavering consistency and ability to open up angles, I'm excited to see what's ahead this spring!" said Coach Rohner.
