The Wittenberg men’s and women’s tennis teams hosted Denison on Tuesday, and the men fell by a 7-2 score and the women lost in straight sets.

SPRINGFIELD, Ohio – The Wittenberg men's and women's tennis teams hosted Denison on Tuesday, and the men fell by a 7-2 score and the women lost in straight sets.
The men got wins from freshman Martin Mora (Quito, Ecuador) and senior Alexey Topolyanskiy (Moscow, Russia/School 712) in the first and second flights, respectively. Mora picked up a 6-3, 6-2 win, and Topolyanskiy matched that score.
The women, playing against the 25th-ranked Big Red, fell in all nine matchups in straight games.
Wittenberg next hosts Senior Recognition Day against Indiana-East at 4:30 p.m. at Albright Tennis Complex.
