Carmel High School:
Melissa graduate from Carmel High School in 1998. She was an Indian
High School State Championships qualifier in 1995 and in 1998.
Melissa was a National Honor Society member ion 1997 and 1998.
Wittenberg University:
Melissa is a third year varsity swimmer. She has team records in
100 butterfly,400 free relay, 800 free relay, 200 medley relay and
400 medley relay . She was named 2000 NCAC All-Conference in the
100 freestyle and 100 butterfly. In 2000 She made NCAA
National B-standard cuts in the 100 butterfly. Melissa is a
Biology major. She is also a member of Kappa Delta Sorority.

Melissa was born on November 29, 1980, to Frederick and Carol Beck.
She has an older sister who is a graduate of Wittenberg
University.
