Gina Carney Earns NCAC Player of the Week Award
Gina Carney (Lexington, KY/Catholic), a 5-5, senior guard/wing, paced the Tigers in wins over Hiram, 71-41, and Earlham, 70-40. She provided a spark off the bench against the Terriers, hitting all five shots from the field, including a quartet of three-pointers, and finishing with 16 points to go along with two rebounds, two assists and two steals. She then led a trio of players in double figures against Earlham with 14 points.
