CLEVELAND, OH - Wittenberg's women's cross country team finished fourth and the Tiger men's cross country team placed eighth at the 2025 North Coast Atlantic Conference (NCAC) Championships on Saturday, Nov. 1, hosted by Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio.
Individually, three Tigers earned All-NCAC honors. Senior Lucas Eisele (Dayton, OH / West Carrollton) placed fourth in the men's 8K race, nine spots better than his finish in 2024. He moved up from second-team All-NCAC a year ago to first-team All-NCAC in 2025.
In the women's 6K race, senior Emma Hawk (Marion, OH / River Valley) led the way for Wittenberg with a fourth-place finish, clocking in at 22:39.6, to earn first-team All-NCAC honors. Hawk is among a select few runners to earn All-NCAC honors all four years of her career - she earned first-team in 2023 and 2024 after also collecting second-team laurels in 2022.
Junior Maddi Clark (Mentor, OH / Mentor) earned first-team All-NCAC honors as well after crossing the finish line in seventh place with a time of 22:50.9. Clark also earned first-team All-NCAC a year ago.
