Elliott's Record-Setting Weekend Leads to Athlete of the Week Honors

Senior Cameron Elliott (Springfield, OH/Springfield) captured two first-place finishes at Saturday’s Steemer Showcase, highlighted by a pair of school-record performances. Elliott won the 500-meter dash in a school-record time of 1:04.47 and also ran a leg of the Tigers’ first-place 4x200-meter relay, which posted a school-record time of 1:27.45. Elliott’s standout efforts helped Wittenberg place second as a team in a 22-team field that included several NCAA Division I and II programs.
