Wittenberg University Teams Up With Under Armour

SPRINGFIELD, Ohio--Wittenberg University is excited to announce a new, multi-year partnership with Under Armour, naming the global performance brand as the official outfitter of Tiger Athletics.  Kollege Town Sports, UA campus provider, will be servicing the agreement over the next 5 years.

As part of the partnership, Under Armour will exclusively design and supply the footwear, apparel and accessories for training and game day uniforms for all 22 of the University's Men's and Women's varsity athletic teams.  KTS's Campus AKTivation program will also allow all ancillary programs the opportunity to participate in the partnership as well. 

"We are very excited to be partnering with Wittenberg University.  This is a Campus Agreement.  All Varsity athletic teams, as well as other groups on campus like intramurals, club/rec and administrative offices will all be given the opportunity to participate in this lucrative agreement," said Kollege Town Sports Vice President, Jeff Handlen. 

"Two years ago, after arriving here, we had numerous issues with apparel vendors.  From service, to quality, to pricing, the issues were impacting our student-athlete experience and our brand.  After having a previous relationship with the Handlen Family, I quickly reached out to KollegeTown and Under Armour and although cliché, the rest is history," said director of athletics Gary Williams.
