What Is The Recruiting Questionnaire?
The questionnaire is a brief form that allows us to get to know you better. It will provide the appropriate coach with some basic information about you as a student and an athlete.
Who Will See This Information?
When you click submit, the information you provide will be sent to the appropriate head coach and our Admission staff. A copy is also sent to the Director of Sports Information as a backup in case there's a problem sending it to the coach.
We won't sell your information or send it to anyone off campus.
What Happens Next?
Using the contact information you provide, a member of our Admission staff will be in touch to begin the conversation about your future at Wittenberg.
